A Demo Day at Preston
Last weekend, myself, Emma from Richard's Cakes, and Mish from V.S Cakes got together to put on a demo day at The Cake Decorating Company in Preston, fabulously hosted by Lou. We worked together to create the 'Hickory Dickory Dock Wedding Clock', showcasing various techniques, such as using moulds, new products, modelling, wired flowers, airbrushing and many other little hints and tips.

It was a great day, with a great turnout - so much so, I didn't have time to stop much for photo's! The event was free to come and watch (with free cake samples!) and they plan on running more in the future, so keep your eye's peeled on their page:
